Before the mission of Prophet Noah (peace be upon him), the entire nation had completely lost touch with the oneness of God and the true religious light, and the true God had been replaced by self-made idols. Worship of other than Allah and idolatry were their motto. According to the last Sunnah of Allah, one of them, a guide and the true Messenger of God, Noah (peace be upon him), was sent for their guidance. Noah (peace be upon him) called his people to the path of truth and the true religion, but the people did not listen and insisted on rejecting him with hatred and contempt. The Umrah and Rusa people did not leave any aspect of their denial and contempt for him, and their followers tried every kind of humiliation and insulting method on Noah (peace be upon him) in order to prove their imitation and following.
They expressed surprise at this, saying, “What right does someone who is neither superior to us in wealth and possessions nor is he higher than the status of humanity, that is, an angel in a temple, have to be our leader and that we obey his commands?” When the poor and weak people of the people saw Noah (peace be upon him) as their followers and followers, they arrogantly said, “We are not like them to obey you and accept you as their followers.” They thought that these weak and lowly people were the blind followers of Noah.
Are they ignorant or do they think that like us, they would have used their own judgment and have a Nazi consciousness to understand the reality of the situation and if they had ever paid attention to the words of Hazrat Noah (peace be upon him), they would have insisted that first they would have brought these lowly and poor people to their side, now we will listen to your words because they count us among them and we and they cannot sit in the same place. Hazrat Noah also warned repeatedly that in this noble invitation and guidance of mine, I do not desire your wealth nor your position. I do not seek any reward. The real reward and reward of this service is in the hands of Allah Almighty and He is the best appreciator. Therefore, Surah Hud is an immortal repository of all these conversations, debates and messages of truth from the same Arshad Al-Alia, the translation of which you can read from verse 28 to 31 of Surah Hud.
